"Happy Hearts Learning center has been a wonderful stepping stone for our son. We are grateful for the new ownership, as the old ownership was questionable. The new owners took interest, when they first took over, in what they could do for improvements to the facility and the families, but like most ownership, they vanished behind the scenes and really don't communicate/stay in touch with the families. The management staff, Amber and Aubrie, are phenomenal. They are really good about keeping the parents up to speed about what is going on at the daycare and any special concerns about your child. We often see them sprinting around the facility doing just about everything. They are the glue to the daycare. Most of the daycare staff have been great. There has been some turnover, but the turnover was needed. Jazyln and Mindy have been the absolute best teachers our son has had the pleasure of working with. They are very comforting to our son and have taught him so many of the skills he knows today. If I were to give any feedback, I would start with working through improvements on communication via the app they use. They are not consistent with noting activities during the day and the details they provide around feeding could improve. While this may not be important to all, I think newer parents would find some of these small details extremely helpful. We do wish there were access to cameras through their app, even if only during certain parts of the day. Also, only recently have we noticed any sort of curriculum being used in their classrooms. This may be in part of the new ownership. But even then, the curriculum is a bit weak. All in all, this daycare is a great facility for your child and we would highly recommend Happy Hearts Learning Center to anyone looking for a daycare provider."
