"I want to thank the employee Jon for saving the day and resolving my issues in a kind and professional manner. At first I was very frustrated that I didn't receive a call back to help me refile for medicaid. I came into the building and sadly wasn't able to get the interview that day because I needed more time for the interview process and they only had an hour left. I came back another day and rushed from important meetings and luckily Jon was able to help me get an interview in time so I didn't have to spend more gas and mental desperation with this issue. I appreciate his hard work and efforts in helping me! Lifesaver ! Thank you Jon! I am able to get the antibiotics I have needed thank you. I hadn't been feeling well from being sick for a while so thankfully I can go home and rest now! I apologize for not being in the best uplifting mood but you sure will help me feel better now thank you for your kindness even though I was stressed and not as understanding."

"I had to do a food stamp verification with Andrea Filler, which I had been trying to get it done over the course of 3 days and when I finally got to the end of the interview, she needed to call my previous employer HR department to verify a final check. Andrea told me she would not call HR because she had tried 2 different phone numbers and nobody answered. So I called and they answered and I merged the phone calls, and Andrea still wouldn't talk to them. She should not be working in this department if she is actually going against the people she is suppose to be helping. So sad to see someone like her who cares that little about helping people that she is getting paid by the state to HELP.."

"I wish I could give them a zero star. H&W used to have a direct phone number but when you Google them the number it gives is the 211 Idaho Helpline. 211 ends up giving you a phone number that is a different one. What's the point of having calls go to 211 if you are just going to end up giving out another number to call? Just saying It's kinda annoying. Please put correct phone number. Also why don't they answer their phone anymore? I've been trying to call them for the last couple weeks and it goes to a message saying due to high call volume I'll have to call beck later. They don't have option to receive a call back. Thinking I'm just going to have to go in to talk to them. I've even tried different calling at times of the day."

"I’ve called every single day for MONTHS on end, even the second they open in the morning and they NEVER answer and NEVER call back. You can never reach a live person they just prompt you to do a call back, even at 8am. Then they never call. Extremely frustrating."

"Called for information about Medicaid and was connected to someone named ‘Heather’. Was met with hostility for asking questions. Total unwillingness to help those whose job it is for her to help and complete lack of respect for fellow human beings. I’m disgusted that someone like this works at DHW but not surprised that people in vulnerable situations are treated like this."
