"While shopping for shoes neither employee ask if we needed help! However the guy stops us when we are leaving to see if we need to buy or sell a home or property even gave us his business card. It would have been nice if he would have asked to get my size of shoes. That was what I needed to buy. I would fire Mr Sinecio immediately hopefully he is not the manager! Won’t be back here again!"

"(Guymon, Ok) I purchased this ball via website. Upon arrival, two women stood behind the counter with no intent of helping me. A young boy greets me and I inform him that I am here to pick up my online order for the soccer ball. The young man proceeds to bring the ball and finish the transaction. I received the ball and immediately noticed it was FLAT. I stated the ball was flat to which the two women behind the counter just stared at me. The young man states “oh, it’s flat?” And then proceeds to try to sell me a $15 air up. I told him not to worry about it. As I am walking out the two women behind the counter just stare at me with absolute disinterest in their faces. Customer service was absolute 0, staffing 0, and product 0. Ball will also not stay inflated :)"

"Bad customer service, I have bought several times, no one offers to help and they seem bothered by serving."

"I had bought my brother a pair of crocs as a gift. Well unfortunately I got a size too big. I went to exchange it, because I have the receipt and tags that came with them . Since they weren’t still attached to the shoe they could no longer take it. That’s not the problem . The problem is I believe it was the manager I spoke to, and she is so rude . She lacks customer service that’s for sure. It wasn’t the fact they told me I couldn’t return the item, but the way it was said. I will most likely not shop at this location any longer!!"

"No one offered any help, and I was the only customer in there the whole time. I had my hands full of clothes and had to go up the check out to ask them for a dressing room then I had to go get different sizes on my own. The two women working never spoke to me until I asked them questions at check out. They were very short in their answers and I felt like I was a burden the whole time. I even hung up all my clothes in the dressing room, came out with them, and put them up when I had to get my different sizes, so I was pretty much doing their job. This is not the first time I have had this experience in this store either."
