"This is my "new" favorite location of Carlos O'Kelly's! The decor is unique among our local COK's. It's colorful vibe would fit in well on a Mexican beach. I was warmly greeted upon arrival & our server was outstanding. The margaritas were better here than at any of the other Wichita locations."
