"DO NOT SHOP HERE! I went into inhale bliss, was instantly disappointed, staff is disrespectful or under trained, when having a conversation with one lady she seemed annoyed to help me. Like it wasn’t her job to sit in a store all day be on her phone THEN occasionally help the one or two customers that Trickle in, She had nothing but a rude disrespectful attitude, the owner was no help as well with him being just as disrespectful, if you look at the reviews of this business it tells the story. The owners replies are immature and malicious. Go to happy hippie, the products at inhale bliss are over priced, scrolling through other websites I was able to find higher quality less expensive products, don’t waste your money or time on a business that has no idea what they’re doing in their practices. The Staff here needs to grow up and figure out how to run a business successfully. I find it humorous an owner of a company is sitting exchanging insults and creating lies to protect his business."

"I have heard nothing but negativity about this shop and the owners/employees. I was nervous to visit, and after a poor experience I will not recommend nor shop here. the owner being too insecure about receiving a one star review, turning to lying and accusing the customer of not only using illegal and deadly drugs, but owning/purchasing paraphernalia is disgusting and sad. Take some constructive criticism, and worry about your own business that’s crumbling."

"I am writing in response to your recent reply to our review regarding our experience at your glass shop. We are deeply disappointed and appalled by the defamatory and unprofessional nature of your response. Firstly, let me clarify that at no point during our visit did we make any inquiries or insinuations about methamphetamine paraphernalia. Your accusation in your response is completely false and unfounded. We did not ask the staff a single question or inquire directly to the staff about any products during our visit. It is both irresponsible and damaging to make such baseless claims about your customers, especially considering that my boyfriend is a veteran, a fact that you observed when he visited your establishment, as was mentioned in our previous review. Furthermore, your mention of the drug fentanyl is completely unwarranted and inappropriate. It is not only insensitive but also irrelevant to the situation at hand. We expect a level of professionalism from businesses, especially when addressing customer feedback. We find it utterly unacceptable that instead of addressing our concerns regarding the disrespectful service we received, you have chosen to deflect and make defamatory statements about us. This reflects poorly on your business ethics and customer service standards. We demand that you retract your false statements and issue a public apology for your unprofessional behavior. Failure to do so will compel us to take further action to protect our reputation and seek appropriate recourse."

"This used to be the best smoke shop in Idaho in my opinion, but now you can tell they don’t care anymore. They used to do so many deals and sales via their Instagram and their Black Friday WAS the best! Within the last year it has decreased SO much in quality and consistency. Their instagram barely post now and when it does I has nothing to do with their store it’s just the owner promoting other things that has nothing to do with the store. Hopefully Inhale Bliss makes a comeback, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it closed down in 2024. Happy Hippie is the new spot. RESPONSE TO OWNER. First off, there was no advertising nor shady business in my review. I’m trying to help people save some time by offering an alternative shop to consider and giving MY honest raw opinion which you can’t obviously take by your extremely long, and unneeded comment which was just a very very long excuse as to why Inhale Bliss is the way it is now. Second of all, people follow your BUSINESS page for the business, that’s why they make personal and business pages separate choices when creating any form of social media. Word of advice as well is: know your audience, maybe even think about hiring a social media manager to help with your “shadow ban” problem as well. Sounds like you need a professional to assist ;) Also looks to me like anyone who leaves a poor review is just another “shady selfish person”, but to me sounds like you just need to plan ahead of time Mr. Jeremy, as a business owner you should know the importance of timing and learn to take some criticism and grow from it. "I was here for a fancy little item that no one else in a 1k mile radius has, so this place is a diamond in the rough for that reason alone, and on top of that it was my first time in and Jeremy (owner / operator) was a down to earth, approachable dude, who seems to genuinely care about the individual customer, he didn't just care about making a sale, he even went out of his way to wait for me to arrive from out of town after normal business hours!! He saved the day for me big time!! I would recommend everyone to shop here for all your vaping(+) needs."
