"We were fortunate that my wife had a serious kidney stone problem while we were traveling in Idaho in our RV. The hospital was outstanding in every aspect. My wife was lightly scolded for not using her call button more often. They were that attentive. They also gave me a free place to plug in my RV and gave me passes for showers. Even the food at the cafeteria was good. And the Doctors and nurses were all top shelf."

"My doctors and nurses were no way responsible for the low rating. The hospital is for the most part very lacking in cleanliness. Waiting room was not clean...in the 3 days I was there my room was never mopped or cleaned. It's a wonder that people still wear masks!"
