"I can definitely say that they have no problem putting the device in your vehicle , but after having completed my appointed time and meeting all the requirements , and even having my license reinstated and requesting twice since January 6th to remove the device , they still are refusing to uninstall it without my request approved (which it has been once already) even though the request is literally just uploading the paper I'm giving their workers in person to the web instead . This is ridiculous and the staff doesn't help at all other than telling you to do the same exact removal request process you've already done . I explained to them that I have already done the request and their tech says that since it still isn't there in his computer and even with all the forms and everything taken care of by me already , there's nothing that he can do . If I have to take some sort of legal action then I will ."

"If i could give no start i would. Very rude. Treated me and my mother-inlaw very rudely. Their device drains your battery in your car! Do not get it! When they took it out they did something to it to where the car wouldnt start! They didnt even have jumper cables! We had to ask a very nice man 3 dooors down from them that works at a painting company for his jumper cables! I needed to use the restroom and they said it was closed due to covid? Theres nobody even in there!! Do not go there! They are trash and bad service!!!"
