"Had my trailer for three full weeks with a guarantee it would be done by July 17. THEY ordered the wrong part and did not advise until July 14. We told them we would be coming to pick the trailer back up as it had to go back on the road and instead of releasing our trailer back to us they kept it in the shop bay from the time we arrive at approximately 830am to 3pm doing whatever they were doing and then handed me a ticket for $2,972.57 when they were very specifically told NOT TO DO THE JOB because they said they did not have all the parts for it. Unbelievable they had my trailer from June 24, 2023 to July 18, 2023 and as of July 17, 2023 they did not have the parts to do the job but miraculously did something to my trailer to the tune of $2,972.5? Hope you sleep well scam artist"
