"Sent my car here to be diagnosed. They kept it for a week and a half then called me and told me my bill is up to $399 because they sent it to another shop to diagnose it. When I mentioned the diagnosis was supposed to be free he said “then I’ll pay it and you can come get your car”. Then he proceeds to lecture me about not being able to afford the quoted $1600 repairs and tells me I have to pay $125 to be able to pick my car up from this other shop. I can afford the repairs but I don’t like people lying about what they charge and talking down to me like I’m a child. I paid the $125 to get my car out of there and took it to another shop."
