"I went in for a consultation advised to be on time so I showed up 20mins before my appointment which was at 4pm, I did not get seen until after 430pm due to her running behind with another client. I got a few good tips from her on products but when I messaged later to ask questions, it fell on deaf ears and never got a response back. I decided not to schedule a wash and style due to CPT, I'm a very rigid believer of bring on time. So knowing that I sat for almost an hour after my appointment just for a consultation shows me that my time as a client is not valued and more on the stylist time. If the stylist was able to maintain a more rigid schedule I would most definitely book an appointment but I can't spend my entire day at a salon."
