"This is the most unprofessional business and employees I have ever encountered. I went in for extensions, paid hundreds of dollars, and walked out with 100% tracks showing and no color match. I had the hair in for 12 hours, tried to make it work but since the install was above my crown on FINE THIN STRAIGHT BLOND hair, it was impossible. The owner accused me of lying and altering my hair after the instal rather than admitting responsibility. She never saw the hair in person, but she claimed she knew I was lying and I made alterations??? She cussed, was rude and extremely unprofessional. Sometimes mistakes happen, it is how you respond to them that shows the quality of your business. I have since had extensions from other salons, when I show them these photos they all say “oh my god!! What did they do to you?!!” So, the salon is named correctly!"
