"I gave 1 star because the braids are neat, however the prices are inconsistent and business practices are shady!. I asked for two strain twist - shoulder length. I was quoted a price over the phone. I also asked how long it would take and Mary quoted 4 hours. After sitting down, it took 7 hours, she gave me senegalese twist- passing my shoulders and increased the price by 45.00. How do the customer ask for 2 strain twist, and get something else and then expect payment! Its a shame, people are not honest! Her prices are not posted and she charge people differently. I paid her, but will not return!"

"I got micro braids, they are very neat and clean. My hair is 2 inches and the ladies did not have a problem with gripping, I had a great experience and definitely come back. Sorry I would add a picture but it won’t let me, I love my braids"

"I made an appt and when i got there i was told itd be an hour wait. I came back 30 min later and a girl started braiding my hair. I will say that I'm not black, so maybe my hair isnt ideal for braiding, but i felt like they didn't take their time to make my braids look nice or the style i wanted. Everyone else's braids looked great though. Hopefully next time i go will be different. Im willing to give her another chance"
