"Based on my experience here, this store was alright for the most part. Customer service was okay; not the best nor worst. Store was neat and organized. Would maybe recommend and return."

"I like the products that Ulta carries, and their staff are usually very knowledgeable. However, they are very deceptive on sale items. They'll put a sale sign and the price right in front of a particular item that looks identical to the sale item, but then tell you that's really not the item that's on sale. You have to look at the little tiny print to find what the actual item is. Then they don't have it in the store."

"The staff working at this date in this store, were very unfriendly. I have had very good past experiences in multiple Ulta locations throughout the country. I bought a hairdryer today and was supposedly to receive a free gift with purchase. They were out, which is okay however I was not compensated for any choice of alternative free gift regardless how small. Please attend a proper customer service class and educate yourselves on how to properly provide appropriate customer service."

"The heavier-set blonde "manager" followed me around like a hawk the whole time I was there. She wasn't trying to be sneaky, but she was clearly making herself obvious that she "had her eye on me." Very racist and uncomfortable. I ended up purchasing a decent amount of items for my daughter, which she gave me a list for. I honestly should've went elsewhere or just ordered online. On top of that, she stood at the door and watched me get in my vehicle as if she was getting my plate. Never will I go in there again. The cashier girl was nice"
