"They don’t understand what “square” nails means. This is not a hard concept. I even took the nail file myself to make them square, only to have the nail tech “round them” again. :"

"Went on the 20th to get a full set. The older gentleman that did my nails cut my fingers up so bad they are extremely sore, the top coat is all lumpy and some spots did not even get a coat on it. I have these weird edges around all my fingers from the gel polish. They look horrible and my fingers are sore. I have tried calling to see if at the very least they could re paint them and make them look better and not so lumpy and get rid of the excess gel on the edges and am not able to get a hold of anyone. I paid 40 dollars to get cut up on dang near every finger and have a bad paint job. Highly disappointed, sore and want them to fix this."

"Not only was the lady extremely rough with my nails but she didn’t respect what I wanted. I kindly asked her to stop CHIPPING the dip powder off my nails but to instead soak them off and only after I asked many times did she listen to me. Original price was 35 but with “up charges” for a simple acrylic fill ended up being 50. The length of my nails are super inconsistent, I tired explaining this to her and she ignored me. When I went up to pay the lady stood there and waited for me to put a tip down until she walked away. Considering the poor service that I had just received, I thought that was extremely unprofessional. That was the most expensive manicure I’ve ever had and it’s by far the worst. Will never return"

"My nails were supposed to be an ombre of blue to white but they were in a hurry to leave to party (which is what one lady that worked there told me) settled for solid mint green. My nails still have spots where they're see through and globbed on there . Will not be going here again."
