"The ladies in here are fabulous! I was in a group of 4 and we all left with nails just like the pictures that were shown to each of our nail techs. On top of the great service they were all personable and kept us laughing."

"Pedicure was pretty good but went to get a fill and was by far the worst nails I have ever had in my life. What was worse is I think she actually thought they looked good. I told her they were crooked and she said it’ll be fine and continued. I was indeed not fine."

"Did not do a good job. It appears they were not dried appropriately between coats and/or the oil she applied prior to painting was not thoroughly removed."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. Please do not waste your time or money coming here. Truly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I arrived for my full set appt. and they lady was very rude from the start. I showed her a simple picture of what I wanted and she seemed very confused and unsure what she was doing. Midway through the appt. I’m noticing nails are very uneven and crooked so I express my concerns. She assures me it’ll be fine and she will fix it. By the end of the appt. I am not pleased with my nails whatsoever and she tells me they’re going to be $65!! I once again express my issues with the manager and she says there’s nothing they can do and I have to pay for them. Can’t believe I was expected to pay $65 for something it looks like a child did and they made no effort in fixing the issue. Very upset with my experience."

"This is a very good salon. I've been going here for about a year & so has my 16 yr old daughter. It's amazing to find all 5 star & 1 star reviews! I think the 1 star reviews are mainly the fault of the nail technician as neither my daughter or I have ever had a negative experience in here. The girl that does mine is very nice & she speaks excellent English. She's more difficult to get into as she only works one or two days a week. The girl that does my daughters nails also speaks excellent English & is very nice & my daughter always has good things to say about her! You hear that people never write reviews unless they've had a bad experience & that is probably the case here as well. This could be the fault of just 1 or 2 of the nail techs they've got in there & a polite complaint to the management could possibly resolve it. Go back and try another technician!"
