"I had an extremely uncomfortable experience at the maple and Pawnee Great Clips. First time coming to that location, I was met with an impatient hairdresser that treated me like I was wasting his time. I asked for long layers, some thinning around my roots (I have extremely thick hair), and a small trim but ended up with only having my hair trimmed after the hairdresser told me that what I had asked for wasn't what I wanted. If you're a customer like me, when you're coming to an establishment after having researched what you wanted only to be told by someone, who was already treating you like an nuisance, something like what I had gone through only makes you never want to come back. It's especially bad when you aren't the only person to have a negative experience with this hairdresser in particular. When I came home and explained what occurred to my family, my sister remembered that it was the same hairdresser she had a negative experience with. I definitely will not be returning and I hope this review will be helpful to someone else."

"Would seeek elsewhere to get cut. Checked in on app. Said 32 minutes by the time I was done was over two hours. My hair takes less than 10 minutes to cut. Also. They close at 5. Not sure how people with jobs can go here. Joke. Edit: this isn't a location problem. This is a company problem. I was treated very well when I finally got seen. I know you'd like to blame you're employees instead of taking a real look at your business plan. I've had to cancel three times on the app because it'll tell me 76 minutes and three hours later it'll be backed up to 78 minutes. Easier just to go in and put your name down."

"I'm a (lazy) creature of habit, so I don't get my hair trimmed all that often.. But when I do! I love coming to this location. The staff is warm, welcoming and very personable. It's weird, I'm not too big on the whole talking thing, but the walls fade away and I find myself enthralled to be a chatty Cathy and shoot the breeze while I've got a tablecloth draped over my person and a handheld lawnmower is racing around my skull with precision only a trained professional has. Tl;Dr, this place is great, but I really only come because the staff is awesome."
