"Perfect treat for my daughter and I! This was our first time at Classy Nails and we loved our experience. We walked in and even though it was busy, we only had to wait about 10 minutes. Windy and Pat were so sweet and did a great job on our toes. My daughter accidentally smudged one of hers toward the end and Pat stepped in right away to fix it before she got too upset. Thank you Pat and Windy! We will definitely be return customers."

"I’ve been here 3 times, in hopes that each time was better than the last. I came with a 3pm appt, for which I was told was never booked. Then 5 other groups of people next to me had 3pm appts also. I got sat down at 4pm, then sat for another 20min. Which is fine, I do not mind waiting the front desk gentleman was very pleasant. I was not upset about the wait, it’s the staff. I’ve had 2 different tech’s, Tracy and Lexi. I don’t have much to say about Tracy she was kind, but Lexi was very disrespectful. She also kept cutting me and then putting acetone over the cuts and getting mad at me for shaking which I couldn’t help because it burned and I was so upset with how she was treating me that I was shaking. There was no sanitary precautions used and she was double dipping everything into what others have used, so I really am hoping I don’t get an infection from that since I left with four cuts. There were several other things that upset me, but they were minor compared to this. I won’t be returning but I would have if the staff was nice and didn’t act like you’re an inconvenience to them."

My nail tech on this one was Helen and she’s always so kind and gentle. I live in Derby now but will make a trip up one to twice a month for them!"

"I went into the salon with a photo off of Pinterest. I fell in love with the photo and desperately wanted it on my nails. The entire staff was so kind and helped me figure out the process of the nails, what the service would entail. I had Lexi do my nails. During my service I had so many questions just cause I’m so curious. When I didn’t like something, she easily changed it and helped me figure out the design. The staff is so patient, so kind, and so gentle, especially Lexi!! Words cannot describe how much I loved her in the process and how grateful I am for her and my nails. They look absolutely fantastic and I cannot stop staring at them!! I’m obsessed!"
