"They used to be excellent. They used to have tent sales at least twice a year but now it has dwindled to once a year. I have been a LONG TIME customer and they did away with the loyalty reward points not expiring. Now the loyalty points expire after 90 days. I don’t go through enough product in 3 months time and now I always lose my points. Wish they would change this back or go longer period before point expire!"
