"This used to be my favorite place several years ago, but after moving back, I must say that I was disappointed. We were not welcomed with a smile, or any kind of welcome at all. We were made to feel like we were just a pain in the butt. Also, we were wanting a color that would go with maroon and we asked for suggestions but we were told we needed to pick something out ourselves. What??? It also was not as clean and tidy, as it once was. Their attitudes made it stressful and the deliberate talking about us in their language was disrespectful. I may not understand what you’re saying, but I know enough to know that you are talking about me and it’s rude! Not a great experience. Super disappointed."

"Such a pleasant experience!! On Tuesday, I scheduled a manicure for Friday afternoon. My manicure turned out beautifully and they even squeezed me in for a polish change on my toes, though I hadn't requested that when I scheduled. The techs are very kind and accommodating and the salon is clean and inviting. I absolutely recommend this salon; can't wait to come back!!"
