"My 4 month old son needed to get an ultrasound of a cyst on his eyebrow. Check in was easy, the staff was so kind, and the techs made sure me and my son were comfortable during the exam. Within a half hour the results were published to MyChart and ready for his provider to view. We had a really great experience with this imaging center and will be back if ever needed! "On October 2nd 2023 I had a MRE done at this facility. During the procedure we had to stop due to conduction occurring across my legs. That was resolved and the scan proceeded. Following completion of the MRE, I returned to the changing room and removed the scrubs I had worn for the MRE to find that I was burned about my whole body, and appeared as if I spent a few too many hours at the beach. I brought this to the attention of the staff, and expressed my understandable concerns. I received no explanation, and not even an apology. I came in for a diagnostic procedure, I walked out burned head to toe,. Think twice before scheduling here."
