"This is THE WORST Quest I have ever been to. The most incompetent staff. The “lead” is argumentative and goes out of her way to NOT find solutions to problems with orders, names, codes and billing. Corporate needs to come in, fire everyone, and rehire and retrain all new staff. I HATE coming here. It blows my mind how every single time I’m waiting for an hour and there’s problems with every single blood draw. There is NO quality control at this location."
"Not as bad as the grumpy people say. I recommend getting an early appointment, then there won't be any wait time. The lady that helped me was quick and friendly. It's a pretty streamlined process"
"Ugh awful place. Avoid if you have other options. Rude staff claim they don't have your orders for blood draw. Make you drive to a FedEx office after you pull orders up on your phone because they need them in print form. And they're making money off my insurance company. I will not return."
"Nightmare. Avoid this place as if your life depends on it. I went in for basic bloodwork because I had always had good experiences with Quest in the past and have difficult veins. I liked the initial check-in experience (with the computer--which usually I hate). Then the phlebotomist came to get me and it went downhill from there. This individual got upset at me for walking in place (which I have to do to get my blood pressure high enough for tests--and I explain this). And insisted that I had to pay first (which has never happened anywhere before. Ever. On my insurance). I wouldn't have entirely minded except that the explanation absolutely did not hold water. So finally I said 'alright let's do this', even though I absolutely did not trust the explanation, and this individual looked at me, fully clothed head to toe (fully--no skin was visible) and said "well we won't be able to get a vein anyway". I asked 'could we please try', and she said 'too late. I already closed your record'. Well here's the thing. I still got billed!!!!! Even though *NOT* *A* *SINGLE* *TEST* *WAS* TAKEN*. I have absolute confidence this will now take me months to sort out with the insurance, and of course Quest has absolutely -no way- to contact them. Either corporate or on this location. Please please please do whatever you have to to avoid this location."
"I'd put a zero if I could. I have had cancer. I've been billed by hospitals, doctors, other lab companies....for hundred of thousands of dollars. Not one of these businesses ever had trouble billing my insurance or my insurance paying the bill EXCEPT this stupid company!! I called them three or more times to say they are billing the wrong insurance. I always got the promise they would fix it. Today I called again. The supervisor said they have billed my insurance eight times & it was denied. She pretty much put the blame on me & insurance. I called my insurance company. She said they were never billed. She put me on a conference called & Quest again. She asked the girl that answered who were they billing. The girl told her & the insurance agent said That is the wrong company & gave them the same insurance info that I had given them over & over again. I have an amazing doctor that is the only one whose uses this company. Sad to say, I'm seriously thinking of finding a different doctor just so I don't have to deal with these idiots anymore."
