"Very professional and reasonable priced. I made an appointment for a pedicure in advance and they were ready for me when I arrived. The owners are a Vietnamese husband & wife team who speak English well and maintain a very clean environment and run a friendly but professional business. All of the nail techs are friendly and talk in hushed tones to their customers, and not amongst each other. The atmosphere is very serene and very relaxing - as a salon should be."

"Went in for a pedi at around 2 on a Sunday, the pedicureist was amazing! Great massage! I asked for acrylic on my big toe since it's more prone to chipping which I was told there would be a bit of a wait since there is only one tech able to do acrylic so I said no problem. After waiting until 415 and the technician had done 2 sets of nails we were told they wouldn't be able to help me today. I replied that I understood, and then checked out for the service I had received. Which they charged full price despite not completing the service fully, and wasting almost 2 hours of my time."

"Our appointment was at 145 for 2, my daughter wasn’t seated until 230. We were there until 5. My daughters nail had a fiber in it and it wasn’t until we complained to a different nail tech that they wanted to fix it. Then, that nail had a different finish. Her pointer nail had a bubble and ripped. My design was made with thick strokes so looked nothing like the design I wanted (wanted last pic) then I woke up this morning to my nail chipped. 10/10 would not recommend."

"HORRIBLE experience. I went here really excited because it had great reviews but was quickly let down shortly after I arrived. Not only did I have to wait about 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, but they had TERRIBLE customer service and a child working the register who looked to be about 10yrs. When they began doing my nails, I noticed that the files and drills they were using on me were DIRTY and clearly looked like they had been used many times before. The man doing my nails (who I believe to be the owner/manager) was cutting my fingers with the files and when I would tell him, I was ignored for it to continue happening. Once he was done painting my nails and sent me to the "dryer", there were nail clippings all over the area where you put your hands in. Pictures will be attached. While sitting there, I also happened to notice that their hand lotion was 3 years expired and when I brought these things to their attention, I was told "nobody else has had a problem with it". I went home in tears to pour peroxide on my fingers because I was terrified of getting some sort of infection in one of the various cuts that they caused. VIP Nails is extremely UNSANITARY and needs an inspection! Despite all of this, they still made me pay full price, denied loudly that there were any cuts my on my fingers, and disregarded my complaints."
