"I was given a pedicure this afternoon at Perfect Nails, which was a disappointing experience. It seems as though I'm paying more and more for fewer services. The woman who did my pedicure today was focused on the front door. Anything she said to me was said while she watched the front door. No eye contact. Cultural perhaps? She didn't trim my toenails or apply lotion. Rarely do I make negative remarks after receiving a service, but I was thoroughly annoyed this afternoon. C'mon, Perfect Nails, you've done better than this!"

"I have been a regular for months at this salon. After today I will never be back. The owner Christine rushed on my nails and got mad after I asked her to make all the nails even. They were busy but my nails looked like a 5 year old painted them and were uneven. She got upset I asked her to fix them and was extremely unprofessional. This photo is right after I left the salon, my nails look crusty and all I wanted was for it to look nice but she kicked me out and said that was the best she could do."
