"I went to go get my nails done for prom, I showed them a picture and the person who did my nails didn’t follow the picture at all. I’ve gotten my nails done like this before so I knew it was possible but this lady didn’t follow it at all. The nails weren’t even the same length. I was very disappointed in them and I will not return. My nails are the first picture and my reference was the second. She did the nails more of a bubblegum pink instead of a transparent color."

"I’m extremely disappointed with both my pedicure and full set that I got at Luxury Nails. I had an appointment but didn’t receive service until forty minutes past my appointment time. The tech that did my nails, Steven, cut two of my toes, and the nail polish was done so sloppily it looks like I polished my toes myself, which was the point of getting them done in the first place. My full set of acrylics is the worst I’ve ever had. They’re thick and protruding at an odd angle from the nail bed, and some of them don’t even cover the entire nail. I was in a huge hurry because I needed to get to work and only noticed how terrible a job it was after I got home that evening. I will be going somewhere else to have this travesty fixed, and I won’t be going back."
