"Exceptionally rude and lacking in understanding of what the customer requests and total lack of knowledge, of how to perform a basic pink and white powder acrylic manicure. Tracy put exceptional pressure on me and disregarded my request to not have gel overlay. I only wanted a pink and white powder acrylic fill with nails buffed with cream. I still don’t understand how they stay in business and can argue with customers and discourage customers from getting the service that they are requesting. Glad I left before the service went too far and did not spend another dime. I will never be back.. A manicurist needs to know how to perform all forms of nail enhancement not just one or two. Not everyone wants gel on top of their acrylic nails, and if somebody request to not have that, it should be understood, and accepted. Not discouraged, and met with resentment, anger and an unwillingness to perform the service. I am happily taking my business elsewhere, along with my money! I don’t pay anyone to be rude. The manicurist, Tracy needs a refresher course on how to perform a pink and white powder full set and fill without using discouraging words like I’ll have to sand your nails down!!! I’ve never heard a manicurist use the terminology sanding as though they were working on wood at a home improvement store! !!Never again and goodbye to that shop! Good riddance and stay away everyone!"

"I went with my friend yesterday, the girl was very rude and rough. My friend didn’t like her experience either. The woman who did my friend’s nails was VERY rough and the nails turned out very unprofessional. My friend went back today and my friend told me they were saying all bad things about me. It was very saddening because that is VERY unprofessional. Will not be going back."

"I think ownership has changed here. Not thrilled AT ALL. I miss the female owner that use to greet you when we came in. We spent $150 and left feeling less than satisfied. We were rushed through because they were busy. Did not do a thorough job. Took these pictures as soon as I got home. I have done my nails at home 100% better than this."
