"I’ve been getting things done this year & everything at the Saltzer imaging & surgery center has been great. They actual care & try to keep you at ease. They’ll laugh and actual talk to you verses just being clinical. Imagining front desk gal is great, she knows me by name at this point! The MRI technician, he’s great and talks you through every step, no surprises. Great bedside manner!!!"

"The Drs appointment was flawless from start to end. Would only change the staff at the Blood Drawing Lab, they definitely need to be trained a bit more in time management and customer service, very rude and took forever to be seen after my Dr appointment. The young gal who took my blood could use a refresher course on where to place the needle. She was not confident in her ability and I felt it in the draw. Both her and the other gentleman who work in the lab were not of Saltzer Customer Service Standards."

"The X-ray went perfectly. The receptionist was kind and the tech was kind and efficient. The next day I went to pick up the disc for my appointment and the receptionist sighed and rolled her eyes at me when I said I needed a copy, not an email. She slapped down a form on the counter and told me to fill it out. I had a question on the form and got a snarky answer. I finally just asked her if I did or said something to upset her and she said, no ma’am just have a seat, it might be a while. So, I told her I could leave and come back later. I returned about an hour later and was handed the disc with no eye contact whatsoever. The whole thing made me very uncomfortable."

"It was a great experience, all the staff that I interacted with were very nice. The girl at the desk greeted me as soon as I came I . The wait time was very minimal. The techs that did my CT scan were very nice. The gentleman that attached all the leads and explained the procedure was super nice and made the experience a no stress one. I like how when the scan was finished he walks the patients to the lobby door. Top notch service!! Thank you all."
