We patiently waited for our appointments and because I received a confirmation call which I thought was courtesy reminder because I didn’t call them back to confirm they canceled our appointments.crystal the office manager said this was their policy I was not aware that this was a policy and if this is how they will conduct business then I highly do not recommend. They were not accommodating or understanding and only continued to repeat this is their office policy.
