"Not going to lie, it’s been a minute since I’ve been to a dentist. The staff here was amazing and so friendly. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the pleasant conversations. Some places can be unnerving and with those awkward conversations to fill the time but not here. It was a great experience and the Dentist was quick and to the point and took care of me. Receptionist seems super nice and sweet, but I asked like 5 times if my insurance was accepted at their practice. .She finally said, "I think probably, but it doesn't have good benefits." I have no idea why she couldn't have found out or what was going on. Just really odd exchange, which sucks because trying to find a new dentist."
"The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Dold was also very warm and made me feel comfortable. He never made me feel like I had to choose a certain plan of care and left it up to me to decide what I wanted done on my teeth. The only drawback was a rather long wait time. Otherwise, this is one dental clinic I will be going back to in the future."
"As a first time patient my experience was phenomenal!! I felt very comfortable & the receptionist was Very Friendly!! Karen was highly professional and friendly!! I felt as if I'd known her all my life! Dr. Dold was Amazing & I felt at ease. He was extremely through, patient, friendly, knowledgeable, HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL, and I must admit has a striking resemblance to George Clooney which is a plus ( lol) . One of the biggest take away is how the x-rays of my teeth & pics of my my teeth were put on the high tech big screen in the procedure room! This way I could see exactly what he was explaining to me and the plan of action that needs to be taken. I can't begin to tell you what a wonderful experience this was and how excited I am to begin the much needed dental work so that my mouth & teeth are healthy and pretty again!!
