"I have quite a few issues. So let’s go. 1st I take my daughter there and they say oh everything looks fine, a little teeth grinding as a child but those are coming out. The next day one of my daughter’s teeth cracks in half and I have to take her to an emergency clinic. I’m not a dentist so I just say ok well how would they know, but thinking on it, how when they were in there did they not have ANY sign of an issue with the tooth. Also this plane filters patients in and out like a mill, they are in a rush to get the kid in and out based on multiple visits. Again, something I still didn’t give much thought because I mostly just bring them for cleanings. Well now I’m airing it all out because of the issue listed below. Consider this before you go… I was (as I’m not being my kids anymore) and back in August of 23’ both of my daughters were seen for dental cleanings and check ups. That is all the appointment was for each, they did not happen on the same day. Anyway, they both go in, get x-rays, and a tech tends to their initial set up needs, the dentist comes in for about 5-10 minutes and lists off his findings and then leaves. No word to me what so ever about any needs or any issues just, that’s it. Now my younger daughter stayed in the same chair the whole time for the cleaning, and my older daughter on her day, the exact same process except she then moved to another room after and the cleaning was done and the tech mentioned sealants. The only thing mentioned was not to let her have anything hot and to wait about 30 minutes for food. In the past when I’ve come the to facility, if something different than a cleaning is listed for their check up, I’ve asked to be told the cost I’d pay before having anything done. I did this because there was a time with one of our first visits that I had to pay $37 and some change and that was fine and I paid it before we ever left. These last two times however, this wasn’t the case because they were just there for cleanings. In September I received 2 bills. One toward the beginning of September that was showing about $615 for sealants. Then toward the end of the month, I received a bill for $67 and some change and paid that. It appeared that the insurance took care and that was the remainder (having dental with military insurance it’s never been near $600). Come beginning to middle of November, I receive a call from a third part office trying to collect $700 and some change for both of my children, I had no other correspondence and after speaking with the 3rd party I reached out to the billing office at Great Plains Dental and spoke with Elizabeth A. She broke down the billing and told me that their system is funky and will send out multiple bills and it must have done that. I expressed concern with the amount and for the sealants. If I had any idea that wasn’t part of the cleaning I wouldn’t have gotten them, or if the price has been told up front I would of said, no thanks. Elizabeth said she’d reach out to the office and ask what happened and let me know. I followed up about a week later when I heard nothing and she said she still had no answer and to talk to the management team. I expressed that we had another insurance and so she ran that through. Back in December or the very first week of January I received a statement from the insurance saying we now owed $215 and some change and I thought ok that’s better. Then this past week or week and half ago, I received an email from a collection agency. Which I don’t appreciate since I’ve actively been trying to resolve this issue and they want the $600+ for the dental work. I’d like some clarification as to why billing and notification of a bill is inconsistent, why different amounts keep getting thrown around and there’s no follow up from the initial bill before it heads to a third party or collections. Because now we are about to play with my credit over sealants I didn’t even ask for for my kids. Consider this BS before you bring your kids here. I have 4 that they were seeing and now I’m taking business elsewhere."

"Very rude unprofessional rude RHE entire visit not just the assistance but the doctor as well huffing and puffing the entire time then they took me up front didn’t didn’t explain anything period and they wanted to schedule me an appt I told the only nice person at the desk I would never come back there for anything my daughter needs braces but I will never visit this place again"
"Sloppy And Unprofessional. Need to work on their chair side manner with kids. Employees act as if they have no experience with kids even though they are a pediatric dentist. We had an appointment at 1 for which we arrived 15 minutes early. They had my 8yr old in the chair with the nitrous for close to an hour waiting for the doctor to come fill a cavity. After being kept waiting for so long they couldn’t understand why my child was cranky and antsy on top of nervous from having two grown people she didn’t know messing around in her mouth. She was scared and they didn’t know how to handle it. The assistant questioned me about whether she was diagnosed when I tried to explain that my daughter is autistic as if being diagnosed mattered or somehow made any difference. To top things off, after that absolutely horrific experience, the assistant acted PETTY with my crying child and told her she couldn’t have a toy because she didn’t let them work on her. WHO DOES THAT?! If I can I will be looking for another place for my children’s dental needs. If any of you people are reading this review, you need to DO BETTER before you traumatize somebody else’s neurodivergent child."
