"I took my daughter in to be seen yesterday. The doctor looked at her for 5 minutes tops, had no concerns whatsoever and said that her throat was red and that meant she had 1 of 3 things and wouldn't test her for any of those things. Anyways we ended up in the er this morning (not even 24 hours after) and they found out the problem which was something completely different. If the doctor actually made my daughter important we probably would have saved an er visit but instead she was seen as nothing."

"This is an edited review. I was somewhat harsh in my comments and missing some information. I've had a long relationship with this clinic with multiple providers. I never had an issue with the providers, other than they left their practices abruptly. That just recently occured with NP Maybach, but I am to understand that decision was of her own making, whatever specific reason that may have been. (Obviously not my business and confidential) Office Manager Charlene reached out to me in less than 30 minutes after posting my somewhat terse review. That was shockingly fast, incidentally. She addressed all my concerns in a friendly and courteous manner. She is also the brand new office manager and should have a clean slate. She also provided some suggestions on other Primary Health Care physicians who might specialize in my general health care goals. It was a friendly and constructive conversation. My prior experiences with the clinic have suggested the office staff have been disorganized or poorly trained. Issues with faxed prescriptions, long phone waits, and general apathy. Yet in a period of at least 5 years I've never actually moved clinics, so I guess that says something. It's my hope that Charlene will have success in getting things running smoothly. I am going to consider Dr. Boone after I discuss things with my wife, who has also been a long-term patient of this clinic. The response below reflects my old review. While I stand behind my previous review in context of my providers, I think this review (you're reading now) more accurately reflects the situation and my feelings. Thanks!"

"First time I've been to this location. I did a walk in appointment today for a sinus infection. Service was prompt, I was signed in with about two minutes and taken back after ten minutes, which I found exceptional on a walk in and with another patient before me. Waiting area was clean and comfortable and there were complimentary beverages available. Front office staff were friendly and professional, as was the tech who took my vitals. The P.A. I saw listened attentively, did a swift physical check, and had me on my way. I see a lot of negative reviews, maybe I'm just lucky or maybe this location has changed. Whatever the case, I would happily use this location again. I got a text that my prescriptions were being filled before I made it out of the parking lot."
