"Dr. Luken took over for Dr. Hollingsworth, who had taken good care of me for years, and prior to that, Dr. Ted Dehotel, and his staff. I loved Susan and Marva. As the transition was happening, I went in for a filling and Dr. Luken botched it. I ended up with this huge gap between my teeth. I also had terrible pain on the right side of my face for a whole week. I had to take time off work. I called at the end of the week and they told me that was pretty normal, but told me to come in anyway. Dr. admitted that the gap was too big, but told me to wait a month or so to see if my teeth would move around and fill the gap. Since then I asked a number of friends in dentistry and they said NONE of that was normal and teeth don't move that much. I got my money back, in a plain envelope with no note of apology, nothing. I called to have my records sent to my new Dr. Nothing. No records arrived. I called and found out that the Dr has fired most of the previous staff. The whole thing was very upsetting. Terrible bedside manner."
