"Bought the membership. Unlimited washes per month. Automatically reads your license plate, opens gate, you drive up and staff pre soaks your car and brushes hard to get places. Then you just drive up a bit, put in neutral and let go. It pulls you through and dries you off. My wife really likes it. It won't do my dually pickup tho...."

"I decided to give this place a try and I won’t be back. I got the Full Soak, an $18 wash that is supposed to include cleaning the wheels and tire shine. While the body of the vehicle was clean, my wheels were still very dirty and my tires were completely dry. No tire shine applied whatsoever. Additionally, when trying to vacuum my car, the vacuum on one side had no suction, and the one on the other side came apart as soon as I tried to use it. This was a disappointing experience. You can get a better quality wash for a better price elsewhere."

"That was ridiculous. I hope the manager or owner sees this. Apparently they close at eight which I had to pulled up right after eight but I was unaware of this information. As I was selecting my wash, the kid came out and offered the promotion (did not inform me that they were about to close.) after my car wash I pull into the vacuum spots, considering this is the main reason I went. As I’m pulling out the vacuum hoses I noticed that they’re not working and I see all the boys (workers) get into their cars, laughing and start driving away. It would’ve been nice to know that they were closed and that I wouldn’t be able to use all of their services before I went and paid for it for it. They could have stuck around for an extra 5 minutes to let me vacuum or could have just told me they were closing. Not happy with this service at all. And let me add photo."

"I haven't washed my car in months, probably 8k or so miles of road grime, winter solvents, and dirt/gravel. I was skeptical since most automated car washes don't really clean the car as well as just maintaining a cleaner car. Color me impressed! Looks great. Also surprised at how well it cleaned the wheels. Don't get too excited, unless you're wiping out the barrel of a wheel, that part will stay dirty. (not a jab at autosoak). The vacuum end hose is wide with an awkward curve to it, I couldn't get between the door and seats very well, but they do have an incredible amount of suction and did pretty well with the dog hair."

"Great crew.... they hustled and acted like they care They hand wash the windows and spray the car prior to going through the automatic tunnel... a nice pre cleaning. Hand towels provided after the wash so you can wipe the car down for what the blower missed -- a nice touch. Of course free vacuums. Is a nice new facility."
