"I have been to several appointments and given several referrals (and they show up). My intentions are to continue going to this dentist office…ONLY because of the Doctors. Unfortunately, I am not very happy with the front office. I am not being properly informed far as insurance, balances or cost of items associated with certain procedures. The person(s) at the front desk leaves just as much of a lasting impression as those taking care of your dental needs. I have a lot of experience in this area. There should always be a greeting and farewell. Cordiality is a must. You can always expect some level of pain coming into a dental office or leaving out. The front office should do their due diligence to at least try to make everyone feel comfortable. Let me be clear the DDS/Dental Hygienist are great!!!!"
