"This location is in the business of actively defrauding customers; if I could give them less than one star I would. Was immediately told by practitioner Scott Rose that they could do nothing for my condition and that I should go to Walgreens and get some allergy meds. They then charged me $200 with zero disclosure in any way, and a bill shows up several months later at my address. When calling to ask why they are allowed to charge $200 for zero services and zero disclosure, Ally S. in the billing office was extremely rude, didn't return a phone call on my case as promised, and acted like I had no right to question their criminal billing practices. Scott Rose, Ally S., and the entire Primary Health organization seems to be a criminal racket, actively stealing from customers and then shaming them for attempting to get some kind of answers. This case will be taken to the BBB and then court. Sham "businesses" like this should be shut down based on failure to comply with the law."

"PA who saw us, Scott Rose, had the worst bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. Took my daughter in for an ingrown toenail. Immediately upon entering the room he flat out told us “I hope they told you up front, but I don’t do ingrown toenails” I thought he was joking. Nope. He then stated “Oh, I know HOW to take care of them, I just refuse to do them because the procedure takes a while and it makes my patient stats go down. I get rated on how long people wait in the waiting room, so I won’t do them.” I was absolutely appalled. I wasn’t necessarily wanting an invasive procedure, antibiotics and non invasive treatment advice would have been fine, but this man immediately treated my daughter, who was in a lot of pain from walking on the toe all day at school, like a statistic not a human being. He wrote a prescription for an antibiotic, but I had to figure the rest out myself (epsom salt soak and ibuprofen, thanks Google!). This man needs to check why he’s in medicine. He was cold and rude and my daughter cried when we left she was so frustrated."

Picked up my script from the front desk and started feeling better as soon as could be expected. Kind and responsive staff in every aspect of my visit! Also, very good at giving me my yearly DOT physical."
