Dental 911

"There is nothing less than 1 star! This place is very sketchy, I got a very bad vibe. It reminded me of being in a nail salon. The receptionist was flossing her teeth at the desk and then expected me to hand her my ID! Ewwww! I left ASAP and found another emergency dentist in Derby. There was another couple in there and they got scared and left as well. It's a dirty little place and I'm not sure if anyone spoke actual English bcuz they were very hard to understand. Do not go to this place!. I was there a total of maybe 15 minutes all the while everything inside me was saying "LEAVE, RUN FAST, RUN FAR!" There's no way this place could be legit. I can not express enough to you, do not go to this place!"

"My daughter came in this morning for an extraction but the Dr told her it was another tooth a molar , so she asked him was he sure because it felt like it was his wisdom tooth so he became upset and told her he couldn’t see her but told her they took insurance and then said they didn’t because the molar was too big but she also was willing to pay smh sounds a little strange and the receptionist told her they was taking her picture so if she ever tried to come back all because she questioned if he was sure, so we will be filing a discrimination suit."

"Will highly recommend this place if you have a dental emergency went there for mollar pain I had, was at different place the previous week for the same issue and they were not able to take them out because they were the wisdom tooth so they refer me to do surgery but I couldn't hold the pain no more So Saturday got to their office exactly 1 minute to close they help me get my wisdom tooth out and also I felt their prices were good specially because I didn't have insurance. Thank you so much for helping me."

"I had an abscess tooth and 3 broken teeth. I could not get into anyone. Dr.Chen was able to get me in same day. He pulled all 3 teeth. I thank him for making me feel comfortable and kept me notified of everything he was doing. Even though the building itself needed a cleaning Dr. Chen changed his gloves and instruments after each tooth pulling. I will recommend this place for your teeth emergencies every time. His prices were very affordable also. Thank you Dr. Chen."

"One of my back teeth broke and the metal from the filling was sharp so I needed to get it fixed. The dentist I usually see was closed today. So I googled and fount this dentist. I called even though online it said it was after hours. I was able to get an appointment. It’s not a fancy place but the staff is super nice and it is clean. The receptionist went above and beyond because I didn’t have my dental insurance card but she took care of getting all the info for me as well as ensuring I knew what all was covered before the dentist worked on my broken tooth. I need a crown but he did a filling to get me by for now. I have had a lot of dental work done, but he ensured I was 100% numbed up before starting. In my opinion it seems like he knows his anatomy of the mouth better than other dentists because I only felt him moving tools, 100% pain free. They told me how much having them do a crown would cost, which is less than the dentist I usually see, so I will be going back here to have my crown done. I’m beyond happy with my appointment with them!"
