"Their dock area is pretty tight. Park on the street and walk in. There are signs saying no parking but there were several trucks that had obviously been there all night. Gate opens at 5am. I walked in at 5 for my 6am appointment I got a door right away. Light red at 5:35. Started unloading at 5:50. 4 pallets unloaded and green light at 6:25. Sat in the door until 8 waiting for the breakdown and paperwork. Not bad compared to a lot of places."

"Staff in the office were really nice. Appointment was for 9am. Checked in early and had me in a door and unloaded by 930am. Thank you Sysco Boise."

"As of 6/1/22 First and foremost follow the Receiving sign and park on the right hand sign to check in. Walk through the gate and go all the way to the west hand side of the building. Check in with the staff. There is porta potty now and expect a Capstone Lumpar fee. *There is no overnight parking let alone maneuvering space, so don’t drive your truck in the gated area until you get a door* Hours of receiving operation 06:00 to 12 Noon."

"You have to park on the street and walk a quarter-mile behind the building to the lumpers door. Then wait for them acknowledge your presence and then they will tell you to go wait or get a door. Very greedy lumpers.$300 for four pallets avoid at all cost"
