When venting my frustrations to others, the only feedback I got was negative and that they don’t understand how this salon is still in business. That’s coming from many many different people. When someone comes in to cancel their appointment due to poor communication and poor management, they shouldn’t expect to get horrifically berated and treated with such disgusting disrespect."
