"THIS PLACE DOES NOT ACKNOWLEDGE RESERVATIONS!! I reserved a 7 passenger minivan and when I went to pick it up another customer came in at the same time and we both reserved a minivan however there was only one available. They told me, there was a Jeep with a third row pop up at the store in town that seated 7. So I drive to the Enterprise in town and they told me the Jeep only seated 5 and there was no pop up third row. But they had a minivan being returned shortly. Once it had been returned they said it needed to be cleaned and then I would be able to take it. After waiting for 30 minutes for it to be cleaned, I left my name and number for them and asked them to call me when it was done. 43 minutes after leaving my information they called me back and said they had to rent out the minivan because a rush of people came in and they had to give it to one of the people that came in so they no longer had a rental for me."

"Worst customer service ever. Rude young girl at counter had a complete and total lack of respect for customers in helping. I got my car and left no issue, but avoid if u have any questions or want polite service"

"Had a reserved car for pickup at 10pm. All rental counters were closed on arrival. No phone number to call listed at counter like Hertz has. Had to call taxi to take me to my hotel and will rent a car tomorrow from Hertz!"

"I use Enterpise all the time for business related travel. Didn't even think to use anyone else when visiting Garden City. Had reserved a car for Sunday and had no issues whatsoever. In fact we had tried to get a vehicle from the location in town on Saturday on very short notice but none were available. The girl was great and explained. She also explained that if the airport location would not be open someone would contact us and arrange pickup the next day for our Sunday rental. That's service!. The gentlemen checking us in on Sunday went above and beyond answering questions and getting us underway. Will use Enterpise anytime in the area."
