"Most incredible staff (mari) literally life changing experience. I can't begin to express just how much hardship we have had to face in our life (battling cancer) within an hour I felt like family there and mari the manager who assisted went above and beyond to fix any issues made by reserving in corporate and her knowledge and heart felt dedication got us the most memorable experience. There needs to be more people like this in the world honestly , we thank God for our wonderful stay and experience. The rooms were very clean and location was superior. You did an excellent move extended stay by hiring this manager on. I will be coming back for sure and most definitely sharing this experience with all the hospital staff and colleagues for this specific location. Extended stay meridian ID . "The staff personnel are exquisite and genuinely caring. I personally wasn’t a very tough spot in my life And they extended courtesy Beyond any experience I’ve had at any Hotel and I have stayed at least 100 or more. They are a five star facility, and I highly recommend them. Amazing doesn’t even begin to describe the level of service, Cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable And I couldn’t chosen a better place to stay."

"I’ll preface this review with this: I’ve stayed and thousands of hotels across the country among many different hotel chains as I used to travel for work 20+ days a month. I’d like to consider myself a semi-professional and rating hotels. The Cons: When we checked in at approx 6pm (after and 8.5 hour drive) the room assigned to us had not been cleaned and looked as if someone had just left. We were assigned a new room which was cleaned and ready. The beds are uncomfortable and by far the cheapest and worst ever. The pillows are cheap and feel itchy. The sheets also felt itchy. The “bath towels” are tiny and again felt itchy. The walls are paper thin and we could hear every person walking up and down the stairs, and on the floors above. The first night the TV kept turning on by itself in the middle of the night at a high volume, we eventually had to just unplug it to keep it from turning back on. The website advertises “free breakfast” which should not be advertised as such because there is no hot food, it’s prepackaged mini muffins and a small coffee bar. There is also no pool which I was sadly disappointed about. The positives: Shower was a nice size and had great water pressure, the water stays hot for a long time. The hotel did have a nice variety of cookware available if you’d like to use them. There is a full size fridge which stays nice and cold. Our room stayed cool for the most part which was nice The front desk staff seemed polite and friendly when we interacted with them. This hotel is located in a fantastic spot with tons of restaurants and shopping options within a 5-10 min radius! I won’t be staying here again and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel chain to any friends/family in the future."

"Room was clean, but musty and hot. It would be reasonable to turn on the air of rooms you anticipate being filled. It’s also not hard to check to see what time a guest is expected. With automated text messages—so much can be done. Room was clean—water HOT! Wish there was more lighting on the road to get to the hotel. Visually challenged folks have a challenge, especially with the big dip in the driveway. Lastly—the toilet would not stop running without jiggling the handle (room 207). Came in to it running. Can’t imagine the water bill! It was consistent all night. I can’t imagine this wasn’t reported by cleaning or maintenance (or a past guest)."
