"This place is amazing to visit if you truly want to be treated like a sub human by most of the staff. Customer service is atrocious, I won't name names, but it's Susan Lefort. REAL backstory, I've purchased 2 vehicles with them, I also just started bringing my vehicle in for oil changes with them. I've been a customer for many years, they're shady, all their lies never add up, they don't know how to treat a customer, and they're more worried about Facebook posts than keeping a customer base. Train your front of house staff to be more responsible and everything would be fine. My facebook post wasn't even bashing them, I was literally asking what others opinions were of this business. They literally called my cell phone about a public facebook post I made that was not insulting to them at all. I've never experienced a place so unprofessional. I'm so dissatisfied with this place, I legit traded in my Ford today so I never have to deal with them again. 0/10 'Any man who must say, "I am the King", is no true king.'"

"Have never been here and never will! My niece took her car in and was treated poorly. Apparently, the managers feel the can miss treat and talk rudly to young ladies. She posted on her facebook she was very disappointed with the treatment only to find out that other young ladies had the same bad treatment."
