"The staff is friendly , understanding and very helpful: but the trouble comes from the billing department, 5 times now i have been overcharged for my copayment for an urgent care visit, everytime i have been charged a copayment for a specialist and receive the additional bill as long as a year later. GO ELSEWHERE!! This is very stressful"

"Went to this urgent care for the first time this morning and arrived shortly after 8 am. My entire experience here was five stars, from check-in to diagnosis. I was promptly taken back for exams, test and diagnosis by Luhong Tan PA-C. My primary MD is out of the clinic this week. I am so very grateful for the staff that provided excellent treatment in the absence of my physician. I appreciate you all!"

"St Als has gone way down hill. Especially in Kuna. I established care over a year ago with a provider. Called into my pharmacy to have a prescription changed because they don’t have or know when they will get the current mg in. I called this clinic to get my provider to change it to the mg that they do have in. The lady on the phone said my provider is no longer there. Really? You couldn’t send out an email or call to let the patients know this? So now in order to get my medication refilled I have to make an appointment at $30 to get a $9 prescription refilled."

"Really quite bummed and irritated with my recent visit. Went in with really bad knee pain a few days ago. I was met in the back quickly, but after explaining the issue, the location of the pain and that ibuprofen/Tylenol/heat/ice treatments didn't seem to be helping, the PA just told me to keep taking ibuprofen and to come back in a few weeks if the pain was still there. She basically just poked on it a few times and then told me to go home. I followed up with my Dr. and was able to get some tests done... for real this time. Came back with a partially torn meniscus and Baker's Cyst. Diagnosis and treatment plan established, service provided - something this office (probably more specifically the PA) couldn't do. Can't wait to pay that urgent care bill just for an Ibuprofen recommendation."
