Waited until 9:15, *crickets*. Left. Called again at 9:30, still no answer. Lost my business. Heard good things, thought I'd give them a try. Won't be back"
"Ripped my air filter cover off, broke the hinges, then denied they did it. Said it was an old break. Didn't ask what kind of oil I wanted either, just put a blend in before I had the chance to ask for full synthetic."

"Rented a car from Hertz, ended up not being fully serviced for a long road trip, ended up getting helped by the local Franchise Hertz manager (bc corporate was trash) who suggested these guys. All three gentlemen helped us and made our very frustrating situation into a pleasant end of a two hour long phone conversation with corporate. So please stop there if you are in need of services."
