"The service was great and staff was great. However, rather than bill my insurance I had to pay the full amount at time of service and when my insurance paid all but $20 I had to call to get a refund of $190 mailed to me. Called 7 days later (3 times) and never received a return call. Called again on the eighth day and they said it would be mailed out that day. I should not be waiting this long for money that I should not have paid in the first place. My appointment was over a month ago."
