"Excellent Service. Our Ford Transit had starting issue after driving through heavy rain. We were 2 families with kids stuck at Goodland,KS on our way to Camping ground at Grand Canyon. First thing Monday Morning we asked for help from the Ford dealership and towed the van. Team Ford found ECU is damaged due to water leakage. Tuesday morning wrong part arrived. Another day setback. Wednesday morning Ford Technician (Chance) arrived before 8am to fix the issue by swapping the ECU and Transit was ready before I went to pickup at 8:30am.
