"I got stuck in Burlington, CO after having an accident in a blizzard this past week. Due to the demands the storm put on the "system" and the fact that my car had to be repaired in Aurora, CO (162 miles), getting a tow was exceedingly difficult. Finally, my insurance carrier look on the "other" side of the state line from CO and found StageStop who quickly scheduled a pickup of my car as well as letting me ride along back to Aurora where a car rental had been arranged. StageStop's owner "Jim" picked me up then my car and patiently got it ready to be loaded on to his truck, dealing with 20+ inches of new snow which made every step in the process more complicated. He was patient, careful and thorough, all while maintaining a pleasant and engaging personality. After the days I had been through trying to get this situation resolved his professionalism and upbeat personality were just what I needed and I cannot recommend this company any higher. After going through all the work to get my car situated in Aurora (snow piled everywhere), as he was leaving Jim gently left me with a few words of encouragement and empathy and I realized I had probably appeared pretty uptight during the hours we spent together and his kind words brightened my day as much as did his excellent services to me during a very, very difficult period of time. I felt like I had made an unexpected and new friend."
