"For the most part, I have always had a pleasant and good experience. Today, however, I waited in the drive through for quite sometime(over five minutes) and finally I knocked on the window to get attention. When a gentleman did come to the window, he acted as though I was bothering him. He gave the excuse that he was in the back and did not hear the drive up alarm. This is understandable but, never did he apologize to me (the store patron) this is very poor customer service!"
