"These guys are top notch. I went in with a broken taylormade driver that I was hoping they could get replaced through a warranty. Apparently it was out of warranty. They said they would be willing to try to see if they could still get it replaced, taylormade has the best replacement policy apparently so they felt it would be worth the time to try. It’s time that they would have to spend on it. Not me. Well as they were filling out the form another one of the associates came up and had the same exact club head. Apparently a previous customer broke the shaft and didn’t want to replace it so he just left it at the store for them to deal with. The associate handed it to me and said “you can just have this if you want, it’s just been laying around here for a while.” They could have said, “Nope, sorry, can’t fix or replace it. Would you like to buy this shiny new stealth driver for $600?” That’s some good people stuff right there. Good people not looking to just get into your pockets. I felt like I had to help them some how so I bought a box of balls, and some shorts I probably didn’t need. When I do need a new set, this is where I’m going to buy them. Good people just trying to help golfers play the most wonderful game there is. Thank you."
