"I want to first start off by saying I did not receive cancer treatment here, I cannot speak for their cancer care only their post cancer care. Unfortunately, my doctor retired and I switched to Dr. Kaya just for follow-up appointments. They contacted me to schedule a follow-up, I didn’t schedule this appointment. I figured since I was there I might ask for help regarding symptoms I’m experiencing that I believed were related to the cancer I had cancer and cancer treatment I received. Dr. Kaya began by contradicting what my original doctor had recommended and said he was just “old”. He tells me it’s my nerves, when I tell him I’m in pain he proceeds to just throws out possible reasons out there just to get me out of there. I figured since he specialized in this specific topic he would have some idea of how it worked and explain it to me, but nothing. I had to ask him for a referral since he was not helping me. I brought up something I thought could be it and he says “yes, that’s it!”. Doesn’t explain to me what it is or ask me any other questions. Doesn’t even recommended getting a test for this. I was so confused and frustrated. He then rushes me out the door. I left in tears because I am in pain and no one will help me. I will never be going back to him. I understand I do not have cancer anymore therefore not as important and they don’t have to help me anymore. But going through cancer and cancer treatment has a lasting impact on your health. One thing I’ve realized they don’t about you once they can’t make a profit on you. The only reason I gave them two stars not one is because the staff at Cancer Care Northwest are very nice and friendly."
"Cancer care is super unprofessional I had an appointment at 13:15 with a 1300 check in for labs. It took until almost 14:00 to finally go into a room. I also went up and checked in and was told I was next, they called 3 people back . If I was late by 30 minutes I would be charged and have to reschedule. If you have other options I would recommend you do that."
"The doctors and staff at Cancer Care Northwest have been so compassionate, professional, and determined in my husband's 10 year battle with prostate cancer. We're so very glad that they are here."
"They charge $100 for every appointment that you walk through the door for, and it's NOT covered by your insurance. It took me a year to pay off my bill there after fighting cancer for nine whole months. Can you imagine my bill?"
"Dr.Maryam Parviz is very dedicated to taking care of her patients and very knowledgeable and very skilled..."
