"*Update, they will respond to your review telling you to contact a manager. However, they either just don't answer the phones or they put you through to a Managers voicemail and no one will ever call you back. Don't waste your time, women get dismissed over their health enough as it is, don't go somewhere that obviously doesn't care at all. Been a patient for almost 20 years, and in the last 2 years patient care has gone out the window. They won't tell you when your Dr leaves the practice, or when they change ownership, they won't call you back when you leave a message for the triage nurse after they cancel the prescription you've been on for 12 years, and when they do call the refill in they will send it to the wrong pharmacy even though the correct pharmacy sent in a refill request that was denied just days prior. When you call to figure out what's going on they tell you, "sorry we tried to send letters to as many patients as possible to notify them of the changes, sorry you didn't get yours" then laugh at you when you tell them you'll be looking for a new Obgyn office. This place is a joke!"

"Today was the first time I had an appointment with Hailey Baker. She explained things well, and she spent time listening to my concerns. Her MA was very nice and easy to speak with. Kaitlyn at the front desk did a great job with getting me in on time and making follow up appointments."

"Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I just moved to Spokane and needed to do my yearly health exam. I went to this place because it had good ratings on Google! WRONG! Please read the reviews before booking the appointment. I went to do my Pap smear and it was such a horrible experience. As a new patient I thought I was going to be cared about . The doctor didn’t warn me that there was no lubricant for the Pap smear to make it less painful or was patient with inserting the device. I have done Pap smears before but never this painful. The pain was unbearable and I just had to close my eyes. Then, Dr. Jen notices my discomfort and just told me to breathe. I ended up crying in my car and no woman should feel like that after their appointment. Never coming back to this place."

"This Business is the Old NWOBGYN!! They fired everybody and started " over" with this new name! Lol It's not new ...when it's the same atmosphere! Good try! Look at the previous post! Shame on you pickin n choosing your patients and leave them out to dry! Employees too! THATS WHY..the front desk is like it is! They are the first impression and should know better!! Do not go here, unless you want to be treated like your there for THEM! They should be there for YOU! And stop having your employees and friends write good reviews for you so your rating Goes up!"

"Great ob! The front desk could be better but the providers are amazing. The front desk ladies seem more interested in themselves and their own personal lives than the clients but the rest of the office is great so I can look past it. I feel like all reception desk ladies are rude these days. I see doc Shay and Jennifer, they are great. You feel like an actual person, heard and taken seriously. I wish I would have switched to them sooner."
