"Prices were raised by 25% a month. Will be switching to a cheaper company. Storage companies have such little overhead cost, that raising prices is pure greed. Their profit margins are incredibly high, so this is just gutting average people. Easy choice to leave. EDIT: They offered a coupon temporarily which will lower my monthly bill to its original. I changed my review from a one star to a three star as a result of their willingness to work with me. Thank you to whomever made that decision."

"The storage unit is great. easy to get in and out of and everything is very clean. recently i went there and the bathroom was out of order. i talked to the receptionist about a bathroom to use and i guess they don't have one for themselves? she was very horrible and rude."
